This week in my video, I interview LaTisha Gasaway-Paul who is a fifth generation resident of the historic Scotland community, which was founded by people who were formerly enslaved. While the community has faced tremendous adversity since it began in 1880, it is thriving today and boasts some remarkable members, including Ms. Gasaway-Paul.
